BATH SALTS            3 cups epsom salts            1 /4 tsp. glycerine.            1 or 2 drops of food coloring of choice            1 or 2 drops of cologne or perfume  Mix all ingredients in a metal pan. Mix well and place in decorative containers.   Tie ribbon around top of jar and decorate top of jar if desired with a silk   flower, rosebuds or a creative idea of your own.          Return to the Arts & Crafts Section
