What are the hours of operation?
SantaLand.com is open 12/4/22 – 12/31/22, Sunday – Sunday from 11 am to 9 pm with the last group entering the display at 8 pm. Groups of 125 guests will be allowed in every hour starting at 11am.
How do the time slots work?
Guests are allotted 45 minutes to enjoy the Disney-like enchanted displays. Guests may arrive anytime within their 45 minute window but will have to exit the Display once the allotted time is over, regardless of arrival time. To bring the Joy of the holiday season to as many guests as possible, time slots must be adhered to. Time slots are available on a first come-first served basis and will book up quickly.
How can I get tickets/reserve a time to see SantaLand.com?
SantaLand.com is open for the 2022 season by invitation only. Invitations and/or valid Driver’s License must be shown to receive tickets. Invitations have information on how to pick-up tickets and reserve a time slot. Tickets must be shown for each guest upon arrival for entry.
Are children allowed?
Of course, we encourage children to enjoy the magic of SantaLand.com! We kindly ask that all children are closely monitored for their safety and that they do not climb on or touch any of the displays.
Are bags permitted?
Small bags are permitted, no backpacks and/or duffle bags will be allowed. There is no bag or coat check on site. All parties are responsible for their own items.
Are Food or Beverages Permitted?
Sorry but food and beverages are not permitted.
Is there parking on site?
Free parking is available on site.
Are there restrooms on site?
There are porta potties located on site.
Is SantaLand.com handicap accessible?
Due to the historical structure of the 1792 dairy barn, there is no handicap access or elevators, and strollers are discouraged during the 3-floor visit. High heel shoes are not permitted.
