POMANDER BALLS Bring the smell of the holidays into your home. Use lace or Christmas ribbon to divide orange, lemon or lime into quarters.  Secure with hat pins or large headed plastic topped pins. Select a thin skinned orange,   lemon or lime. Use a nail or skewer to start holes for cloves.   Add row after row until fruit is completely covered. Makes a wonderful decoration or centerpiecethat lasts for months. Make a bow or decorative top of ribbon. Add a ribbon hanger.
